Should you need an invitation letter, contact the secretariat at The invitation letter is not commitment on the part of organizer to provide any financial support. This request will be processed as a step of registration system. If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, submit your request to the secretariat via e-mail by March 31, 2018. It will be mailed within a week after confirmation of your full payment. It will cost US $50 for notary service fee with postage. Notarized invitation letter will not be issued without registration and full payment.
If you have already registered for meeting and find that you are unable to attend or cancel the paper, please notify the secretariat by email at in writing to request a refund and cancel your registration. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice after the conference.
A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat by email.
Cancelling registration by phone is NOT accepted.
All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.
